1.字数不限，其实800-1000为佳。
2.虽说叫做“日记”，但是其实不用天天写，写一篇也好。
3.同样欢迎写负面，只要有理有据，不欢迎谩骂。
4.看样子没有稿酬，不过写的特别好的我请吃饭。据说有小礼品可以送，不过具体还没定下来。
5.写作者不一定是上海人，世博期间或者之前来上海看看的人都可以。中国人外国人都欢迎。

“我的世博日记”征文约稿

　　上海世博会于２０１０年５月１日至１０月３１日举行。届时将有两百多个国家７００多万中外游客参观游览。为促进文明对话，增进中外交流，新华社将举办“我的世博日记”征文活动，邀您把在上海世博会期间的所见所闻、所思所感与世界分享。
　　来稿字数不限，但需以“日记”形式，记录您的世博故事与独到见解。
　　来函请同时发送xuanwumen57@gmail.com和jishaoting@gmail.com,并在标题栏中注明“我的世博日记”。也可来函至：北京新华社对外部政文室收，邮编100803。
　　活动期限为５月１日至１０月３１日。来稿需注明真实姓名、电话和邮政地址。
　　新华社对外部将选择优秀作品对外发表，并在新华网恒久展示。新华社对外部对发表作品拥有版权。

Postcards from the Expo
Share Your Expo Experience with the World

The 2010 Expo will be held from May 1 to Oct. 31 in Shanghai. The six-month event is expected to draw the participation of more than 200 countries and international organizations and attract 70 million visitors from China and abroad.
Xinhua News Agency is inviting you to share your “postcard” from China during the Expo. Your contribution can be your impressions of the Expo or of Shanghai or other parts of China. Stories, written reflections, travelogues, comments or any other observations relating to the 2010 Expo will all do.
Participation is open to Chinese and foreigners who are interested in the 2010 Expo. Submissions will be accepted from April 20 to Oct. 31, 2010.
Points for attention:
1. Topics: Human interest stories; written thoughts or reflections;
2. Your article should be written in English with no special limits to set on the genre and the number of words;
3. Please send stories to xuanwumen57@gmail.com and jishaoting@gmail.com simultaneously with “Postcards from the Expo” written in the subject line; or write to General News Desk of Home News for Overseas Service Dept., Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, 100803, China;
4. Please inform us of your real name and contact information when sending us your story;
5. Accepted contributions will be published by the Xinhua News Agency and at Xinhua’s news portal. Xinhua News Agency will have full copyright over all accepted contributions.
